When hiking a scenic volcano goes wrong.

In June 2024 I attempted a hike of the volcano, Acatenango in Guatemala. As fate would have it, a historic tropical storm hit around the same time limiting our views of the active sister peak, Fuego.

This is a short film about five friends who climb volcanoes together. It's about the camaraderie and shared experiences more than the Instagram-worthy shots.
